At Florabel, we want you to be happy with every purchase and enjoy your shopping experience. That is why we want to give you the best customer service if you are unsatisfied with your order.

This is a little reminder that we are a small business and building our dream with you, so please read the policy below.

Before making a purchase, please make sure to check the size guide and measurements to be sure of your selection. And please, check your order as soon as you receive it!

You can return your order, and if it's approved (read below), we will give you "store credit" to exchange the product for a different item or size in our catalog. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders.

Please remember that you will be responsible for doing the return for now. However, probably in the future, we will be able to offer you free returns to make your experience exceptional.

Please read the following list so your return can be approved:

  • Because of the nature of our occasion-wear products, we will only accept the return request after 3 days of receiving your order: Please email support@florabelshop.com to do so.
  •  The item has to be unwashed, unworn, and free from any makeup/deodorant stains/or pet hair. All merchandise must be in its original condition, including the box it came in. Any returned merchandise that is not in its original condition won't be accepted. 

We won't give you the store credit to exchange your order if:

  • Shows evidence of wear or has been washed
  • Does not have a Florabel tag 
  • Was purchased with store credit (partially or full)
  • Is a sale item
  • Is a gifting item: Accessories and purses (we will have these items soon)
  • Any item purchased at 20% off or higher

Please send a return request up to 3 days after receiving your order to support@florabelshop.com and tell us why you are returning your item. We will help you during the process.

We make sure to inspect all of our products as soon as you receive them. However, if you have received a damaged or defective item, received the wrong order, or part of it is missing, please email us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your order) to support@florabelshop.com.
